Deliveries to UK Mainland addresses will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. If you have ordered a cricket bat with the “knocking-in" service, we ask that you allow an extra 4-5 working days for dispatch, or at peak periods (March/April/May) please allow 7-10 days.
European delivery will normally take 5-7 working days to arrive, or 10-14 days if you have ordered a cricket bat with the "knocking-in" service.
UK Mainland, UK Non-Mainland, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland orders of the value of £24.99 or less will be charged £3.50 for delivery. Orders between £25.00 and £69.99 orders will cost £7.50. If your order value is £70 or more, delivery will be free.
European orders of the value of £49.99 or less will be charged £20.00 for delivery. Orders between £50.00 and £349.99 will cost £30. If your order value is £350 or more, the delivery cost will be £40.00.
We deliver worldwide, but for any delivery outside of the UK and Europe, please email us in advance for a shipping quote, stating your desired item/s and delivery address. For a general guideline, a single cricket bat shipped outside of Europe would cost £30-£50, with the exact cost depending on the shipping location. Smaller, lighter items would usually cost much less than this, while larger and heavier products would cost a bit more. Regarding returns, all of our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee (extended for special dispensation over the Christmas/New Year period). This is providing that the item has not been used and is returned as new, in its original packaging and excludes any postal costs incurred, which are your responsibility.
