Express deliveries to UK Mainland addresses will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery if you have chosen the cheaper Standard Delivery option. If you have ordered a cricket bat with the “knocking-in" service, we ask that you allow an extra 10-14 days for dispatch, or at peak periods (March-July) it can sometimes be up to a week longer.
UK Mainland, UK Non-Mainland, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland orders up to the value of £19.99 will be charged £2.99 for Standard Delivery (usually arrives within 3-4 days) or £6.99 for Express Delivery (usually arrives within 1-2 days), and orders between £20 and £49.99 are £5.50 Standard Delivery and £8.99 for Express Delivery. If your order value is £50 or more, delivery (either Standard or Express service) will be free.
For orders outside of the UK, we offer a ship by weight service, meaning your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based purely on the total weight of the products ordered. A few (Standard Delivery) examples are as follows:

All 1kg+ orders outside of Europe are sent via air freight express couriers (usually DHL or UPS), which are fully trackable and usually take no longer than 3-5 days to arrive regardless of delivery location.
Regarding returns, all of our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee (extended for special dispensation over the Christmas/New Year period). This is providing that the item has not been used and is returned as new, in its original packaging and excludes any postal costs incurred, which are your responsibility. Please note that we cannot refund any returns for bespoke items, such as custom made bats or customised helmets.
