Here at It’s Just Cricket, we are committed to maintaining the trust of our customers, and pledge to keep your data safe. We will not sell, rent or trade our email lists, and our policy below details how we store, collect and protect your personal data.

 

 When you register or order products or services on www.itsjustcricket.co.uk, you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself, including your name, contact details and credit or debit card information.         

We may also collect information about your usage of our website as well as information about you from any written feedback that you send us.  Your information will ensure that you have access to all parts of our website, and will allow us to supply the goods or services that you have requested.  It will also enable us to bill and contact you when necessary concerning your orders.  We will also use and analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business.        

We may e-mail existing customers from time to time with new product news, promotions and offers, but you will always be given the opportunity to unsubscribe to prevent receiving unwanted e-mail. c.    Administer and enhance the site and service.

When you visit www.itsjustcricket.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect some routine information and behaviours of our visitors. We do this to find out important information such as which pages on our website are most visited. This information is completely anonymous, and collects no personal information. We do not make, nor allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of people visiting our website.  

As part of the registration for our e-newsletter, we collect certain personal information. We use it mostly to tell you about exciting new products, competitions and other useful information. We may in certain circumstances contact you to check our information is correct and up-to-date, as well as make sure you are happy and satisfied. We will never share our email lists outside of It’s Just Cricket LTD.

 

We use a third-party provider, Visualsoft, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

 

When you purchase a product from It’s Just Cricket, we will store your name, address data, email and contact number in our secure online storage system. You may, of course, purchase products in person in our Central London showroom without supplying any of the aforementioned details. Please note, we will never share any of this personal data supplied as a result of purchasing from It’s Just Cricket, without your explicit consent.

This data privacy policy forms part of the terms of use of this website and is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
